Add hours when you book. Event bookings include a short agreement you sign online. Your remaining balance is emailed to you automatically, and you’ll get a text reminder 3 hours before your event.

How far in advance should I book?
Four to six weeks is ideal. Larger events and holiday dates book sooner.
Do you travel outside Fort Worth?
Yes. Travel within 20 miles of downtown Fort Worth is included. Farther than that, travel is calculated automatically from your event address when you book.
What if my event runs long?
Add hours when you book, or add them on the day. Photography is $150, videography $175, and Best of Both Worlds $325 for each additional hour.
How do guests get their photos?
Your full event gallery is delivered to your private Epic gallery, with one link you can share with all your guests.
